Water for Boiling
- Soak the Chick peas either overnight or for atleast 4-6 hours.Boil the chickpeas and drain the stock and keep it Aside
- Heat the sauce pan,add oil and crackle the mustard seeds.Saute Onion till translucent and add chopped tomato along with required salt.Add the boiled chickpea and Stir the mixture.
- Cook it for about 10 mins.Add cilantro and squeeze the lemon juice and mix.Serve Hot
