Ingredients

Chick Pea
250 Grams
Onion Chopped

Tomato Chopped

Cilantro Chopped
1 Bunch
Lemon
1/2
Mustard Seed
1 Pinch
Oil
1 Tablespoon
Salt
to Taste
Water for Boiling

Steps

  1. Soak the Chick peas either overnight or for atleast 4-6 hours.Boil the chickpeas and drain the stock and keep it Aside
  2. Heat the sauce pan,add oil and crackle the mustard seeds.Saute Onion till translucent and add chopped tomato along with required salt.Add the boiled chickpea and Stir the mixture.
  3. Cook it for about 10 mins.Add cilantro and squeeze the lemon juice and mix.Serve Hot
