Ingredients

Potato (Medium size)

Carrot (Medium size):

Frozen Peas or Fresh Peas:
Half Cup
Freshly Prepared Ginger-
1 teaspoon
Chilli-

Turmeric-A

Salt
to taste
Onion-Medium Size

Coconut Milk-
1 Cup
Coconut Oil-
1 Tablespoon
Curry Leaves:
Sprig 1
Mustard
Dry Chilli

Steps

  1. Cut Potato,Carrot ,Onion,Split the chilli and boil it for 3 whistles in pressure cooker along with ginger-garlic paste,peas ,salt and turmeric.Take water just enough to boil it or you might have to boil for some more time to remove the excess before proceeding to next step
  2. Add coconut milk,cook in low flame,until it starts to thicken .
  3. Switch off,Heat oil in small kadai or pan ,pur oil,crackle mustard,dry chilli and curry leaves.Pour into the Coconut mix.
  4. Serve hot with Puri or Appam
